Sun Sky Solar Energy develops utility-scale solar on qualifying land two ways — you own and operate the finished system, or you lease the land and we own and operate it. Either way, we run the entire project from feasibility through commissioning.
We Build It, You Own It
You keep title to the system and the value it produces — energy savings, sold generation, or both.

- You receive fixed or escalating lease payments for the full term
- You retain ownership of the land throughout
- At end of term, we remove all equipment and restore the site
